Traffic Lights Explained
Our upcoming floats page utilizes a traffic light system to readily identify floats which are available to our members. This system is explained in detail below
Green light A GREEN light means Prospectus.com.au has secured an allocation for that IPO. Members can pre-register and apply for shares through Prospectus.com.au (see Tips for securing your Allocation in Upcoming IPOs).
Full light A GREEN F light means Prospectus.com.au has an allocation for that IPO but that allocation has been filled. Applications are no longer being accepted by Prospectus.com.au.
Orange light An ORANGE light means Prospectus.com.au is seeking an allocation from the prospectus issuer for that IPO. The traffic light will be updated to GREEN or RED based on outcome of discussions with the prospectus issuer. Note: Sometimes a much sought after IPO can change from ORANGE to GREEN FULL due to pre-registrations value being greater than the value allocated to Prospectus.com.au. All members are encouraged to use the pre-registration process (see Tips for securing your Allocation in Upcoming Ipos).
Red light A RED traffic light means Prospectus.com.au has been unsuccessful in securing an allocation for this IPO.
NO traffic light means the offer is currently PENDING and Prospectus.com.au is awaiting further information from the prospectus issuer on the date the offer will open.
